Game Schedule:
Net Set Go and Junior Players: Games are held on Saturdays.
Seniors: Games are played on Monday nights.
Location: All games take place at Mike Barnett Stadium on Dixon Road in Rockingham. Training Days: Training days for junior players vary depending on the team and coach. Specific days, times, and locations will be communicated by the respective coaches.
As a club, we choose not to bundle certain fees into the registration costs to ensure transparency and flexibility. Here’s a breakdown:
Game Fees:
These cover the weekly costs for umpires and court rentals.
Costs vary based on factors like indoor vs. outdoor games and the umpire’s badge level.
To manage these variable costs, team managers collect game fees in three 5-week blocks during the season. The payment method (cash or bank transfer) and frequency are at the manager's discretion.
Any leftover amounts will be either refunded to parents or used towards an individual team windup.
Team Photo Fees:
Not everyone opts for a team photo, so we keep this as a separate fee for those who wish to purchase one when the time comes.
Windup Fees:
We heavily rely on fundraising throughout the season to cover the costs of our end-of-year windup event. Thanks to our fundraising efforts, this event is free for all coaches, managers, and players.
This approach allows us to keep the registration cost lower and more manageable for everyone involved.
To complete your registration, please attend one of our in-person registration days. Here's what you can expect:
Fill Out Our Customised Paper Form: Ensure all your details are captured accurately.
Meet Our Team: Get to know the people you'll be interacting with.
Clarify Any Questions: Have all your queries addressed on the spot.
Try On and Order Uniforms: Find the perfect fit and place your order.
Online Registration Links: Two days after the last registration day, we'll send out the online registration links via text from 0499099851. You will have two weeks to complete your payment and registration to secure your place in a team.

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. Here’s how our refund policy works:
Nimbus Netball Club Refunds:
We can facilitate refunds for the Nimbus Netball Club portion of the fees, which totals $50*.
Other Refunds:
We can apply to Rockingham District Netball Association and Netball WA on your behalf. Refunds for their portions are at their discretion.
Refund Basis for Nimbus Netball Club:
Pre-Season to 1st Game: Full refund*
1st Game to 5th Game: Half refund*
6th Game to 10th Game: No refund
10th Game to Finals: No refund
*The club will keep a $10 administrative fee per refund due to the paperwork required for the process.
Yes, you can use a Kidsport voucher. Here’s what you need to know:
Voucher Code: You will need the voucher code before accessing the online registration link.
Pre-Approval: Kidsport can take some time to approve, so it's best to get pre-approved before attending an in-person registration day.
Code Copy: We'll also need a copy of your Kidsport code if you have it.
